The hotel’s location is great, with a 24hr store nearby and the famous Notre Dame area just a short walk away. the restaurant immediately next to it is also a plus. the rooms are magnificent with high, tech toilet, and the hotel has several great facilities such as a gym and even a full, size cinema. the attention to detail in every aspect of decoration is amazing.
Service is the downside to this hotel, with some guests reporting half, hearted staff and appalling customer service.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and upmarket district of this city, near shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the room was exceptionally clean. We could easily find transportation from here to wherever we wanted to go. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were amazing.

Two free drinks at check-in and the pool looks amazing. The hotel is situated in a decent location.
The staff are rude and unhelpful. The rooms are dirty, with ants and hairs all over the place.

This hotel is a true luxury gem with exquisite decor, lovely classical music, and wonderful Versace Home china wear that really sets the stage for a relaxing and magical stay. the bed sheets were the most comfortable I've ever slept in and I enjoyed the exclusive amenities like the sauna, Spa & wellness centre, and outdoor saltwater pool. the massage was fantastic and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a refreshing drink while lounging in the sun terrace.
Only a minor issue, but the restaurant's food was a bit overpriced without much variety. Although the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate, the waiting staff were sometimes nowhere to be seen during dinner.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, near shops, restaurants, and a local market, making it convenient for travelers to explore and experience the local culture.
The bathroom's lighting can be a bit dark, making it difficult to apply makeup. The concierge staff lack knowledge about the area, and there are no full-length mirrors in the rooms. Moreover, the bathroom with the jacuzzi can reduce space and affect the sleeping area's lounging potential.
